Accessibility statement

This website

We've built this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. That means you should be able to:

• use the whole site, including the quote form and menu, with a keyboard alone
• zoom the page to 200% without losing content
• use it with a screen reader — every image has a text description and every form field has a label
• read text with enough contrast against its background
• use the site with animations reduced if your device is set to that

Known issues

We're not aware of any problems at the moment. If address suggestions are switched on in the quote form, they come from Google and we can't fully control how they behave with assistive technology. You can always type the address in full instead.

Travelling with us

If you use a folding wheelchair or walker, or need extra help, tell us when you book so we can send the right vehicle. Assistance dogs travel free, as the law requires.

If you need help getting in or out, or with luggage, tell us when you book.
