How to cancel

Ring us on 01452 924225. If it's outside office hours, ring anyway, and also email hello@asprivatehire.co.uk so there's a record.

Charges

Please give us as much notice as you can. When you ring to cancel, we'll tell you straight away whether any charge applies to your booking.

Cancelled flights and sailings

If your flight or sailing is cancelled, ring us as soon as you know and we'll rearrange or cancel your journey.

If we have to cancel

It's rare. If it happens, we'll tell you as early as we can, try to arrange another licensed vehicle, and refund anything you've paid for that journey.
